Ishtaghel started from a simple problem: jobs in Sudan are scattered across WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages, in posts that disappear within days. Job seekers waste time searching, employers cannot find the right person, and both end up tired for no reason.
We put it all in one place. Search by state, field and hours, apply from your phone in a minute, and follow your application step by step instead of waiting for a reply that never comes. And because many people have no CV at all, we built you one — free, without even signing up.

How we work
A person reads every advert
Nothing is published automatically. Someone reads it first, and if something is wrong it is rejected with the reason sent back to whoever posted it.
Free for job seekers
Searching, applying and the CV builder are all free. We never ask you for money, and we do not allow any employer to ask you for money either.
Employers are verified
A company submits documents and we review them. The verified badge cannot be bought — it is granted after a check.
